Last year's 4K Steelbook is unbeatable. This looks like the FYE exclusive but with interior artwork. If they threw in the deleted scenes, I'd pick it up, but there's nothing new on this release.

I really don't need to triple-dip and get this 4K for a third time, and a steelbook for the second time, but I love this film so much, I won't be able to resist. I know its the recycled UK design, but I like how its the opposite of the steelbook from last year (more black than white.) Like, they'll look nice next to each other.

I missed the last steelbook for this release so it's a maybe for me. I actually like this cover better than the last one but I don't LOVE this movie so IDK. I try to only buy steelbooks for movies that I love.

One of the only times Amazon brought me a bent 4k steelbook, it was the last release of this and I sent it back.

So I'm looking forward to picking this up for sure.

This October is terrible for my wallet, between this, the Haxan LE with Radiance, and I Walked with a Zombie/The Seventh Victim 4K from Criterion. WAC hasn't even announced their October titles yet either.

I’m still amazed I got the book. Had to go to Jersey for it but it was worth it.

I second blind buying it.

I watched it for the first time last year and I only did because I had held off watching it due to the blood/gore in it (by the time I watched it last year, I had been well into finally watching slasher films to where the blood and gore didn't faze me.) I had ended up loving it, between the score, cinematography, and climax. The second time I watched it, in 4K, I managed to find it comforting and fun to watch. Its in my top three Burton films.

I also have ancestors buried at the Sleepy Hollow Cemetery and supposedly one of them helped Irving with the story too. So I feel connection to it because of those things too.

Yup. But with interior artwork. I legit bought the FYE steel used from eBay earlier this year and added a still to it for my bf. And for once, I’m kinda sad this steel’s interior artwork is better than what I chose.

But no. I’m not buying this.
