I believe the Scream movies are Miramax (if I rememer correctly) and I think I know what you dis was Columbia/Tristar. Like what was said before, check IMDB.com.

Universal distributes one of the greatest zombie (oops I just used the zed word) movies ever: Shaun of the Dead. Probably not what you are after though.
