Are external services like JustWatch the only way to know what's new on your streaming subscriptions?
There is a superb technology YouTube and many other websites (mainly news websites) use to let you know what's new on their website without checking the website itself: RSS Feeds. I was wondering if there is any streaming service that uses it. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSS |

Using RSS Feeds is simple: I use InoReader: Paste some YouTube channel links in it to see how it works. For example, https://www.youtube.com/@Netflix I have tried putting several popular streaming services in it, but none of them have RSS Feeds associated with them. Would an RSS feed that shows new 4K movie additions or updates to HDR/Atmos info be something you’d use? If so, I’ll definitely look into it. |
