Please correct me if I am wrong but isn't the Lionsgate release is SDR? So this could be a new 4k transfer?

Nope, same exact 4K master as the Lionsgate release, just with the addition of HDR (both HDR10 and Dolby Vision) this time around which yes the Lionsgate release lacked.

Had a look at it today thought it was awful. Technically very poorly put together and the ADR was laughably bad.
