Okay, I know there is not a lot of love for this one, but I was quite surprised to see it for sale/rent on Amazon in HD. The price is a little high, but you can always keep an eye out for it to go on sale. I for one, love having all 3 Salem Lot's available for streaming.

I really like this version of the movie and I noticed Resen released a bluray of it in Spain in december 2024.

Seem to be completely english friendly, so I ordered it. Will report back when I get it. :-)

EDIT: FWIW, this 2004 version is the one that's closest to the book in the way of content. I really like both the 1979 and 2024 versions, but both of them omit large parts of the book that I feel they could've benefitted from.

Rumors say there was a longer cut of the 2024 version before release. Here's to hoping... :-)

Got my copy and sampled it. English audio and subs all look fine. Video quality is decent, maybe a tad better than the version streaming.

All in all, I'm quite happy with it.
