Shin Megami Tensei 5 Vengeance, an enhanced port of SMT5 will be coming out on June 21st for PS4/5, PC, Switch, X-Box, X-Box Series S/X. Pre-orders should start on the 27th of this month.

I was hoping to see this. I have this on Switch. I just never play my Switch because I am not a fan of the controller, so it has been sitting, neglected.

Choose between original version and a new path.
There will be 40+ new demons.
Every demon will have a unique skill now.
Level cap is now 150.
Looks like you can talk to your demons.
Look like there will be combo/fusion attacks.
You can save anywhere.

I enjoyed this game, but this is definitely one of those games that made it apparant how badly the next Switch was needed. Tons of slowdown, janky visuals.

Really hope it gets a pretty helty visual overhaul. I'll be getting it on PC.

There are physical versions for all the consoles.

Amazon actually had the PS5/XB Versions up below MSRP yesterday.

There isn't a physical version of the PS4 release....but the rest of them have it.

It is weird that the amazon pre-orders got taken down.

I think it's because they were "mis-priced" I know TONS of people were ordering. The PS5 version went out fast. I'm sure they'll be back.

I hope this sells so well they do an Apocalypse style game and/or a SMT1(and maybe 2, if..., etc.) remake with SMT5's combat/engine/graphics.

The Switch physical is still up on amazon but the PS5 and X-Box ones are still sold out even though PS5 sold only 800+ and X-Box sold only 200+.

I enjoyed the Switch version enough... but probably not enough to replay the entire game this soon. Luckily I hear you can skip right to the new content, but I will probably wait for this game to go on sale or Game Pass. I stupidly bought 2 copies of the Switch CE, which aren't worth anything over retail, so I will be sitting on that extra copy for years until it's worth selling, but if I hadn't done that I would probably be more inclined to get that steelbook at launch, it looks nice.
