What the heck is wrong with my fridge?

I know...I know, I strange place to put this but as I visit this place pretty well every day thought I'd see if anybody might have an idea on a fridge issue I've been having now for two months.

In short, landlord installed new fridge at the start of October and from day one it's been a noisy bothersome beast!

Whirlpool has sent three techs out with none finding a fix for the issue.

Unfortunately, it doesn't:
a) make the noises every cycle
b) make the same noises every time
c) not always as loud as the previous time

The techs tend to only come for ten minutes, listen and if they don't hear what is being described they leave.

That said, when it's really at it's most insane you can hear it above the home theatre and it's even woken my girlfriend and I up once or twice. When it was first heard at 2am she thought the neighbour was vacuuming.

Been going around in circles here!

The vids linked above were requested by the landlord after the audio only I was sending him wasn't helping the techs. I recorded the thing off, running what I think is normal, switching from normal to the noises, from various rooms, etc.

Really, you just have to click Video 4 (recorded from the bathroom) to get the jest of things.

So any actual repair techs or armchair repair techs out there have any ideas and before you say it, yeah, I already checked for demon dogs and Gozer.
