That's good they probably filmed everything all in one filming run.

The Bone Temple is no doubt that pile of skulls. Probably a dangerous place to visit for Ragers or humans.

Reportedly not, no doubt in part due to the different directors. But DaCosta and company are set to start filming next month last I heard. Part of the plan is relatively short breaks between filming each entry.

Interesting, thanks. They have a lot of work to do still ahead then.

This seems like they are trying to make their own version of TWD but for theaters...no need to milk the "franchise".

DaCosta is a pretty bad director with nothing of worth to her directing credits. Thankfully, Boyle and Gardland still handled the scripts, so hopefully they can still get a good film out of this -- as '28 Years Later' looks fantastic.

After the ending to the last movie, I see what is going on now. Reactions should be interesting.

Last of Us a major influence with one thing left out. Neither of the two were
[Show spoiler]skilled fighters and should've never left the safety of the village IMO. Get the father to go with the son, and then it makes more sense. Just up the amount of Ragers they have to face or bring in more really smart Ragers,
and it would be a lot better IMO.

Maybe that's saved for this 2nd one, where the
[Show spoiler] father rejoins his son.

Slight spoiler but this is a sequel thread, so:
I can picture that in the sequel, the good Doctor takes the clothing from the thousands of bodies he's collected for his fire and bone temples, and decides to tranquilize and dress all of the Ragers from the first movie. This way they'll stay warm at night.

I really hope the movie has Ralph Fiennes in the sequel, to explain what he is doing in Rager territory building monuments out of bodies. I know of another family that did that, from a movie called The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

I feel like this trilogy, if it gets completed, is going to have the ragers become more human like.

Maybe it'll be like I Am Legend who were the Ragers become the modern version of humanity?
_______

A spoiler for the movie:

In the script, it looks like
[Show spoiler]Ralph Fiennes doctor
character
[Show spoiler]starts doing experiments on the Alpha that attacked him.
