South Park: The Stick of Truth and The Fractured But Whole - £9.99 in PSN sale (ended 16th)


Only remembered today why I'd not bought the PS4 version of 'Stick of Truth' around release, but opted for the PC version instead. The console versions in UK, EU & AUS are censored, but on Steam it was uncut (at least in UK).
But I suppose given 'Fractured But Whole' is £7.49 in the current sale, I only paid an extra £2.50 for this gutted out UK PS4 version. I guess I'll play it once and return to the PC version on future playthroughs.

EDIT: It was a Ubisoft decision (ie self censorship), PEGI had given it an 18 with no cuts, then Ubisoft resubmitted the cut version, which was also given an 18 with no cuts.
Only Ubisoft, or rather whoever made the decision to resubmit, could give their reasons for doing so. I mean the TV series literally starts with the episode titled "Cartman Gets an Anal Probe", so if they were expecting a game based on the series to get a 12 or 16 PEGI rating, they must have been on some good champagne.

Last day of current sale, and new items have been added, the 'Shadow of Mordor/War' bundle has a couple of weeks, but ME trilogy & Ni No Kuni 2 have now ended.
I buy using gift cards and was literally 2p short of 'Fahrenheit/Indigo Prophecy', which is only £2.19 in the sale. It's available until the 13th though so I'll probably buy it and something else later.
