Hey guys! I bought an Xbox One X last Black Friday for games and 4k Blu-rays. I bought a 4k TV recently and wanted to try it out. However, it doesn't seem to even acknowledge I put in BD-100 discs. It can read smaller discs like Puss in Boots 4K, but not Interstellar 4K or Blade Runner 4K. I think this is a known issue.
Has anyone found a workaround for this? Xbox Support was very unhelpful. Thanks! |
