Jon Heder, didn't he play Napoleon Dynamite? I think so.

Interesting trailer. But I'm not seeing any sense of danger that she's in. Just brief flashes of someone in silhouette walking down her hallway. I'd need to see a second trailer that delves more into the story. Interesting set up reminds me of Stir of Echoes or Talk to Me.

For a creepy horror foreign movie, I Saw the Devil is a tense film with a similar title to I See the Demon.
