Wow. Any time you can see the character (and especially his face) it looks like someone amateurishly green screened the model in front of already existing clips.

The FPS views of his gun play look passable (ish) but man the 3rd person and the face is brutal.

Problem with the powerful hardware we have now is that it's much harder to animate faces and bodies at the same level as the detailed realistic graphics, leaving smaller devs often screwed, their games so uneven and weird.

Games just keep playing worse. They keep taking the worst ideas from each other. In this case, idiotic, jarring switching between third and first person view from Deus Ex: Human Revolution, including probably TPV for cool moments like take-down, never minding all my prior complaints about the robotic, restrictive first person perspective.

Hrm. That female's face looks weird when she's talking. The mouth doesn't look correct in its movements.

It's the eyes especially. You'll notice if you rewatch that she doesn't blink how a normal human would and the expressions turn a bit wooden as well. The guy blinks but almost too much at times.

This game in some shots looks amazing with the eyes and pores etc. on what i think is pre-rendered cutscenes and then turns into a complete mess during the "gameplay" part. It simultaneously looks detailed and sharp yet also a blurry mess at times in many spots.

It's genuinely one of the most baffling looking games visually i have seen recently. I think the voice actor sounds a lot like the one from Deus Ex too, but his face becomes a slim chiseled looking on in the cutscenes and a bloated fat mess in the gameplay portion. The gameplay animation for certain hand to hand interactions looks solid in spots though.

This would very much to me seem like a gameplay you would put together as like an Alpha to showcase as a concept to investors and promise will look better come further development. Not a public reveal worthy gameplay trailer.

I wonder if the game is originally in German, but for the different languages including English, they just dub the voice in but don't change the lip synching.

The concept is interesting, but this looks like a straight forward path run 'n gun action game. Okay but nothing great yet. Maybe it's got a ways to go.

Different languages, particularly the one the game isn't designed for have been a huge culprit of that issue and particularly for movies you notice it too. Unfortunately whilst it seems there's tech out their to "sync" the lip movements to the language spoken, i don't think it must be cheap or readily available and mostly looking at games these days, it seems Unreal Engine 5 allows flashy looking games but with some very specific flaws.
