But..... I just know this will be Resident Evil Afterlife for me all over again: Great PQ in UHD but not the ultimate experience because it's missing 3D...

A Dredd 4K UHD should fix the issues present in the 1080p presentation of the movie on the current stateside blu-ray disc.

Everytime I watch this movie it still bothers me we'll never get to see another one, it should have gotten at least two sequels considering the fact there's so much more that could have been done.

I would go as far saying I'd rather have Dredd 2 than Hellboy 3.

Seems odd to keep the special features regards 3D when it doesn't include the 3D disc.

Anyway, day one. Will be weird not watching it in 3D but not missing this.

Just a thought, but guessing they may have the 3D version seeing as the original had the 2D and 3D versions on the same disc?

They only authored a 3D/2D combo disc so it would make zero sense for them to author and include a 2D only version (which folks have been clamoring for all this time).

I agree it deserves a sequel compared to other movies today.
