![]() [Show spoiler] Some screengrabs https://www.reddit.com/r/4kbluray/co...here_are_some/ Images: kecofo8180 Well, I prefer my motion picture to be in motion but those look nice. We'll see. I think this purchase will be the end of my love affair for the film ie supporting every release (and more!) over the decades. There will be no 8K. A celebration of my money spent. |

Yeah I’m not hating what I see. Yes I can see the AI at work but honestly it looks more like a case of you see it more when you’re looking for it rather then it being blatantly obvious in every frame. I’m not saying I love what I see but I’m not seeing much to say I’ll be too disappointed by the results. I’ll know soon.

The UK steelbook was sold out for a period on both Amazon UK and HMV, but came back on sale last month.
I presume Warner have increased edition size as now back on sale. The standard plastic case version which is I believe UHD only (as per standard Warner policy these days) was on sale throughout, it was only the steelbook with both UHD & BD which was removed from sale for a time. |

Hello
For the disk spec here: https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/The-T...lu-ray/369248/ Can I please have some clarification unless I'm reading it wrong something, I was under the impression all Atmos track have 24bit audio. Or is the DolbyHD 16bit an entirely different track? It's confusing for me Thanks |

There's this one user who quite obnoxiously would type "All Atmos tracks have a TrueHD 7.1 (24-bit) core" or something like that, despite the fact there are countless Atmos mixes that are 16-bit or are 16-bit in a 24-bit container.
The actual bit-depth of a track doesn't matter at the end of the day, how it is mastered matters most. |
