It used to be an option with you went to the Order Details page for any open preorder, but it's gone. I want to add gift wrap to my James Bond UHD steelbook set, but I can't, and I can't cancel and reorder, because it already sold out in preorders, and I can't lose this preorder. I tried asking customer service, but the rep was clueless and no help.
