Default The Confessional: How many HD-DVDs do you own?

I know some of us were dual format. I've been buying Blu-Ray almost religiously. But I owned a HD-DVD player for 2 days...until I decided to return it because it felt a bit extravagant to have both formats without many HD-DVD-exclusive titles that I'd shell out my clams for.

Unfortunately, I bought four discs: Excalibur, Pitch Black, The Thing and King Kong.

Now, I've got these four discs and have tried selling them on eBay with no results.

What's in YOUR HD-DVD collection?

I'll admit I almost cracked on the 360 addon once or twice during a sale, but I resisted overall.

And to the devout Blu-ray fans here loking at this thread: BE NICE!

None. Zilch. Never have, and--now--never will own one. (Not even one in the basement that I conduct horrific experiments on when no one's around to hear the screams of the dying disk....)

I have 35 but 83 on blu. The main thing is that I love movies, period. Now the joy of rebuying. The HD will sit next the laser disk player.

300 and Bourne Identity - both came with toshiba a30, (which i have since returned and upgraded to blu ray...thank god for 30 days, no questions asked policys...)

and bought

v for vendetta and batman begins - which i just sold to a used dvd dealer for the combined total of...$10.55...argh..

Selling off my 15 or so titles on ebay, but it's slow-going. Waiting to hear about player trade-in/rebate offers from the BDA before ditching my XA2. I'm hoping I can get a discount towards a BD50 or the upcoming Pioneer player.

If this war had dragged on for about another year I would've cracked and bought a HD player--just to watch King Kong & Transformers. But luckily that didn't happen.

I have 2:Superman Returns (2006) and The Break-Up (2006) (gift from my girlfriend) which were both HDDVD/DVD combos (I guess the combo strategy worked for me at first)

I bought them in 2006 when I had no player and Blu-Ray was on a rocky start... You might remember the problems with the first Samsung player, the not so demo material Fifth Element release...

Hey but since January 2007, I bought a ps3 and never looked back!

I am gonna buy Superman Returns on Blu-Ray when I see the mythical copy with the TrueHD soundtrack (when will it finally hit the shelves) or when they are gonna release a director's cut...
