The Breed is not good, but it's miles ahead over A Breed Apart. The former at least has some real trained dogs performing kick-ass stunts and providing some tense/unserious moments.
I shit you not, A Breed Apart arguably has the worst usage of 'CGI' I've seen. With low budget movies, you can clearly tell bad effects, but with this, it's generative AI drivel. Horribly written, made and a huge waste of Panettiere, Caroline Currey and Gardner's talents. |
