ok so a guy with 2 posts on another site PMed me with a trade for Asassins Creed for either Lost S3 or Mission Impossible 1,2,3,. So i said Ok. I know he is from Minnesota. So today he says

so then i throw in the delivery confirmation number in to track it./...and it says.

Dont all delivery confir. # have to start with 0307 or have to have 0005 in it... I've used confirmation #'s in Texas and Indiana and they ahve been liek that... I'd be skeptic... but if the # was fake,it shouldnt be giving you the return info ...

also, just ask him why it says its coming from cali ... that doesnt mean you have to send you item right away,but you can still see what his answer is.

i just called the USPS and they said it should not say California if he is from Minnesota.

it says the date. feb 16. we only started talking yesterday lol. so the 16th sounds fishy

So what if it's coming from CA? Maybe his old roommate is shipping it to you? Or it's at his parents house? Or he's at school in CA and shipping it from there, even though his home address is in MN?

Bottom line: there's a dozen reasons why it could be coming from another state. You'll never know until you ask him.

The date issue makes me think he may have just mis-typed the #, tho. Tell him that the confirmation # he gave you shows Feb. 16th and that it's from CA and ask him to send you the right one.

I think that I pasted the wrong number. That is the delivery conf. number from my Amazon order for some blank blu ray cases. Here is the correct number. Sorry about that.

well he gave me his address to ship out the game as in Mn. so i would expect it to come from there. and the biggest thing is not in came out of CALI. BUT THAT IT WAS FEB 16TH.

Seriously, hold it until you get the disc. I only ever do 'ship second' trades to protect myself, or only trade with people I know and trust.

If you're this worried, then don't trade with people online or just buy the stuff outright.
