Pete Davidson is not a dramatic actor. He's a comedian and makes comedies. And the title "How to Rob a Bank" also suggests a more lighthearted tone.

‘Fury Road’ Co-Stars Zoë Kravitz And Nicholas Hoult Reuniting On David Leitch’s Next Film ‘How To Rob A Bank’ At Amazon MGM Studios

David Leitch’s next thrill ride How To Rob A Bank isn’t done adding some top tier talent as sources tell Deadline that Zoë Kravitz is set to star in How To Rob A Bank at Amazon MGM Studios. Leitch is directing and the project reunites Kravitz with her Mad Max: Fury Road co-star Nicholas Hoult, who is also on board to star. Anna Sawai, Pete Davidson and Rhenzy Feliz are also on board.

The film will be released in theaters on September 4, 2026.

Plot details are being kept under wraps, but given Leitch’s track record of delivering on big thrills and fun set pieces in films like Bullet Train, Deadpool 2 and most recently The Fall Guy, expect something similar in scope.

87North’s Kelly McCormick and Leitch will produce alongside Imagine’s Brian Grazer, Jeb Brody and Allan Mandelbaum. Mark Bianculli (Hunters, upcoming Cliffhanger reboot) wrote the script and will executive produce.

Besides Hoult, this also marks a reunion between Kravitz and Amazon MGM Studios, where she helmed Blink Twice, which marked her directorial debut. The Amazon MGM Studios film earned strong reviews and put Kravitz on the map as a director.

Not yet they are not scheduled to start until mid June.

For some reason, all I can see in that first post is a + over a _. The rest is blank.

As far as a movie about how to rob a bank, they should make one about how not to take really bad, stupid risks that aren't worth the risk to begin with for those desperate for fast riches. Basic things can be just as useful as fancy things, like a basic car versus a million dollar fancy car. They both get you where you want to go.

On topic, not sure who stars in this but sounds like Ryan Gosling based on some other posts. Okay, Nic Hoult.

Leitch and McCormick talked with The Hollywood Reporter Aug. 4 from their lunch break on the Pittsburgh set of Leitch’s How to Rob a Bank, an original Amazon MGM Studios feature that stars a blond Nicholas Hoult.

We’re all living in the summer of Nicholas Hoult, but you’re really living it.

KELLY MCCORMICK We’re a little mad. It was our idea to do his hair, and then he exposed it during the Superman junket. Everybody thinks it’s just a random act of coolness. No, it’s us! It’s us! (Laughs.)

How much do you have left on filming?

MCCORMICK We have two weeks and a couple of days, so we’re getting toward the end of it. It’s been a really short shoot for us.

LEITCH. We’re shooting at all practical locations in Pittsburgh. We’re all over the place in 90-degree weather.
