My Game of Thrones 4k set ($200 USD) arrived today from Amazon UK, and the outer packaging cardboard box was basically torn on one of the sides.
I’m not sure if this resulted from that, but the GOT outer case that holds the discs has some nasty creases on one side. Has anyone in the US ever dealt with Amazon UK’s customer service due to damage? I’m not sure if it’s a big enough deal. If it was Amazon US, I would be asking for a replacement. I feel kinda guilty having it replaced on the other side of the world for a heavily creased outer case. Thoughts? |
