I would assume so, they've been offering it on Blu-ray. The web site claims they Blu-ray comes from a 4k master, so it'd seem fairly straightforward to issue the film on 4k disk.

The movie itself was filmed digitally at 8k.

I checked on IMDB and it said it was shot at 7K but either way it was shot at a much higher resolution than 4K.

EDIT: nevermind. I found this source that explains why she used an 8k camera to shoot in 7k.
