Feel like I'm betraying my fellow Brits by admitting this, but I haven't seen a single Paddington film.

Paddington 2 has my favorite Hugh Grant performance, and Brendan Gleeson's is up there...and I'm a stinky US southerner.

Three different distributors in the US, so unless a boutique tries, this is probably an import (WB didn't even put out a 4K of 2 like Studio Canal did).

Cool to see a 4K of the first Paddington. I'm wondering if it will get Atmos.

Makes a good triple bill with Caligula and Showgirls.

I'm happy to hear this and somehow I didn't expect it (though I should have, I mean, why not) Either way, the only thing that bothers me about this is that I already own the second in 4K UHD!

Though I may have to wait for a sale. 50 pounds translates to double in Euros.

Is the first Paddington film getting an individual 4K release?

I feel like these movies aren’t talked about enough!

They are some of the better family movies out there! I find myself laughing so many times throughout them. Can’t say that for many movies anymore.

Yeah, there better be an individual release of the first one as well. I could also buy the set, which would cost me basically the same as buying 1 and 3, but I prefer individuals, own 2 already and it'd be silly not to release 1 as well and having to buy 2 again.

I'm wondering if it is 4k, retailers claim it's a 3 disc set and it does say 4k and bluray on the cover.

Well spotted and I guess you're right and it's just 2 4Ks (2 and 3) and a BD for the first one. Guess the sneaky bastards know why it says "3-Film Collection" instead of "3-Film 4K Collection". Thx for the hint - I'll go with the part 3 release.

It's like they have something against releasing the first one on 4K

Was it only finished in 2k? Although that has not stopped anyone in the past.

They are both fantastic in this and that dance sequence is amazing. I'm not sure what 3 will be like with having Paddington no longer out of his element as he was in London.
