Batman: The Complete Animated Series Deluxe Limited Edition is exclusive to HMV and includes an ensemble of collectibles highlighted by three Funko mini-figurines (Batman, Joker, Harley Quinn) and seven beautifully-designed lenticular art cards. The entire box set is housed in a stunning layflat-book with a dazzling slipcase.

The impressive Batman: The Complete Animated Series package features approximately 2,700 minutes of entertainment spread over 10 Blu-ray discs, plus the two bonus discs – Batman: Mask of the Phantasm and Batman and Mr Freeze: SubZero - not counting 11 specially-selected episodes with audio commentaries by cast and crew.

They just had to throw in Sub Zero and Mask of Phantasm didn't they? Not sure How I feel about that as it seems like an excuse to add £20 to the RRP. Will probably finally import the two films and stick with the DVDs (and then once this or the standard edition hits <£50 think "**** it", buy it anyway and offload the movies)

What hope the X-Men series on blu-ray?

They're worth the extra dough though especially considering that we never got them as stand-alone releases over here.

Just noticed that HMV have also got a listing for the standard edition, albeit without artwork. It's £10 cheaper and predictably omits the Funkos and art cards, although it seems that Mask of the Phantasm and SubZero will be retained.

Yep, great news - Yankee and French orders cancelled

There's two versions on the HMV website - the limited edition, and another set, a tenner cheaper, which presumably loses the funkos, the book and the art cards - bro released on e 22nd October.

Excellent news, I've no wish for the figure so standard edition all the way for me (and this is by far and away my most anticipated release of the year, love this series).

I'll go for the standard edition once the packaging is confirmed (Will it be regular blu ray cases or annoying card sleeves?)
I already imported the 2 movies so would prefer a version to be released with just the series and extras but either way I will be upgrading my dvds very soon
