Montségur. The Official Richard Stanley today announced the Tribunal Judiciary of Carcassonne has ordered a police investigation into false allegations made against him on March 16th, 2021. This ruling is a major turning point in Mr. Stanley’s quest to establish his innocence.

Charges of harassment, defamation, and degradation of work conditions have been brought against Tracy Robertson (aka Scarlett Amaris), and her principal enabler Tonelise Rugaas (aka Shelly Gonzalez). These charges have been brought under France’s Code Penal, and Code Travail. The first page of the official ordinance outlining these charges, can be found attached. The Tribunal Judiciary of Carcassonne has also recommended the psychological evaluation of Mr. Stanley’s accusers in the hope of better understanding their motives.

Robertson and Rugaas stand accused of falsely manipulating popular opinion for financial gain, derailing at least three feature film projects, and causing the cancelation of a popular television series, resulting in the loss of hundreds of jobs and millions of dollars in revenue. Future civil charges against their enablers in the US are being drafted by Mr. Stanley and his team.

Libelous social media posts were deliberately disseminated on March 16 2021 by both false news sites, and reputable online journalist without contacting Richard Stanley or his representation for comments. Due diligence in fact-checking was dropped in favor of yellow/tabloid journalism.

Arrow had their sights on Hardware before the accusations, then dropped it when they hit. Wonder if they'll come back to it.

In case you hadn’t heard the Richard Stanley news, to sum up our planned Hardware and Dust Devil Blu-rays are as cancelled as he is.

I doubt he'd want to work with them after that.

Was never particularly bothered about Hardware, but the cancellation of Arrow's Dust Devil release was a major disappointment to me (I'm able to detach the "artist" from their "art" [quotes used intentionally there as artist and art are purely subjective terms]).

Be interesting to see what happens with all this. I did read on a couple of gossip forums at the time from people claiming to move in Stanley's circles that the accusations were total bollocks brought about by a group of people with previous form (claims of fraud if memory serves) that used multiple aliases (which the above linked article also alludes to), but never thought too much of them and didn't bother posting or linking to on here because A) they're gossip sites and B) giving them any stock without proof makes the accused the victim and the accusers defendants, which happens all too often when a woman accuses of man of some wrongdoing (using wrongdoing as a blanket term to cover all sorts of stuff).

Given that he's now been proven innocent i think they should release them. They'll look foolish if they don't.

Has he actually been proven innocent beyond a shadow of a doubt though, or is there just not enough for a prosecution to go on?

He was declared innocent in the french court, His accusers fled the country to avoid possible criminal charges, he's planning a libel case soon.

So hopefully either Arrow will reconsider (assuming they still have the rights), or another label will pick up the releases.
