Player prices falling? - Blu-ray Forum

In my local BestBuy I saw that the Samsung BD player is selling for $799 now instead of $999. Are the prices already coming down on BD players or are they just trying to get rid of them?

This player is supposedly now discontinued.....and we will see a next gen from them at CES.

Well, that's good too I suppose. I would be nice if the 2nd gen players were slightly cheaper too.
