Massage chairs - Blu-ray Forum

Gone are the days when all you needed for an “enjoyable” viewing experience was..... well, just a TV and a stand. Now we need good speakers, receivers, amps, digital recorders, network interface....... the list goes on. How about recliners and massage chairs??? What do you guys have? Are massage chairs practical and durable, beyond theory?

I hate massage chairs...... comfortable seating is nice to have though, so in that aspect, I have a lot invested in furniture (no theater-seating with cup-holders though, the wife made sure that didn't happen)

Wives are such party poopers.

Thankfully, mine “let me” hook back speakers with white speaker cable. Still need to justify receiver purchase though.

Comfortable furniture is a must but I've never been too impressed by the various "Massage" chairs I've seen. Sharper Image used to really push them.

I'd rather have a really comfy couch (which I do) than sit on a massage chair while watching.

Your wife is cool. Those theater seats with cups are so cheesy and gaudy looking imo. I prefer contemporary and mid-century modern furniture myself.

I hate Massage chairs.. they always hurt my back instead of help.. it was terrible..
