keyboard for PS3 - Blu-ray Forum

i'd like to hook up a PS/2 keyboard to my PS3 and was hoping someone would know if a PS/2-USB converter like this or this would work with the PS3.
since i know you're all already thinking it: no, i'm not interested in purchasing a PS3 compatible bluetooth keyboard for a couple reasons. i'd prefer an official PS3 keyboard from sony, but since none is available yet i'm really just looking for an inexpensive temporary solution. and i've already got a really nice extra PS/2 keyboard i'd like to use.

i don't see why not they have usb ends. for $4.50 + s/h its worth a try, don't you think?

It should work. I used a PS/2 microsoft natural keyboard with the adapter and it worked.
