March 2008 = Will Smith Blu ray month - Blu-ray Forum

Since this is officially Will Smith Blu Ray Month, which will kick off on Tuesday with 2 of the 3 titles, I wanted to see which Will Smith movies you guys think would kick ass the most on Blu ray, he has had quite a few great movies.

Some in the poll are previously released movies as well.

will smith and nic cage are my favorite actors, and needless to say there are many will smith films i want/HAVE on blu ray:

here's my list in order from most recent to least recent:
I Am Legend
Pursuit of Happyness
Hitch
Shark Tale
I, Robot
Bad Boys II
Men in Black II
Wild Wild West (yes, i liked it)
Enemy of the State
Men in Black
Independence Day
Bad Boys

thats like 95 percent of his movies. hes just good

wild wild west was a good movie not the greatest but still worth it

Why can I only choose one off that list? I didn't vote because of it. But almost any Will Smith movie I like except probably Ali. Just too boring.

I want I,Robot for sure. I like ID4, but ive seen it so many times, ill probably wait until its bargain priced to pick it up...or maybe a bogo!

I am Legend, I Robot, and Independence Day... 3 of my favorite movies that start with the letter I. Also Enemy of the State and the 1st Men in Black. Mans a great actor. But let's not all forget Fresh Prince of Bel Air

looking at the list of movies really shows how overrated the movies he plays in are...

he's a very good actor and all but he usually feels like the same person every movie...I still like what he brings to the table...

but from looking at the list of movies, I'd only buy I Robot, Bad Boys, Men in Black and maybe ID4...or maybe...maybe even I Am Legend..

Didn't Will Smith also do the obscure films Six Degrees of Separation and The Legend of Bagger Vance? I believe they were both duds.

If you paid any attention to his latest films, he has gotten further away from what he was known as. He has always been one of the most versatile actors there is. The role he played in I Am Legend was so dissimilar from his earlier movies like Bad Boys and ID4. Also, he is already one of the top 5 grossing actors and he's not even in his 40's.

Only interested in renting I AM LEGEND on Blu-Ray to see if the controversial ending is anything close to the books ending.

I hope to God WILD WILD WEST will never get around to Blu-Ray, since that movie is my litmus test for the absolute worst film ever made.
