Default Blu-ray Baby Talk!

OK, maybe I'm new here...but what's up with the Blu-Ray brand name baby talk?

"Should I buy a Sammy or a Panny?" "How do I connect my Panny to my Yammy?"

Sammy? Yammy? Panny? Sorry, guys, when you talk like that, you don't sound exactly...well, MANNY.

This is pretty common everywhere, not just here. 'Stang, 'Vette, etc. etc.

Nice first post

Even more confusing is how HD-DVD ended up being the format that went "Blooey!"

that's funny!!! too bad Sony is really Sonī Kabushiki-gaisha, Sony coming From a combination of "Sonus" and "Sonny" (little boy) , both from latin origins.

And Knowing is Half the Battle.
