Can this card handle blu ray? it says it is HDCP capable?

If the name of the card has HDCP in it, I would imagine that it has HDCP.

I am sure it is HDCP capable, but HDCP is just an encryption, does not necesarrity mean it can play bluray, unless of course that is what is meant by HDCP compliant=bluray capable, my understanding is HDCP has been around for some time.
