More Games Need to have Mods

So I have a friend and last week he was saying how awesome Halo 3 was cause you could create your own map. I told him if thats what he likes than he should really check out Unreal Tournamnet 3 and showed him some of the Mods people made up. He was floored at how much then could do.

Later we were talking about 2k8 vs. The Show (as you can tell he only has a 360), when a genius idea hit me: MORE MODS FOR GAMES!

Think of what you could do with just a baseball game. You could alter the gravity in the game, you could build custom baseball stadiums, you could design new/user created uniforms, etc.

anybody else think more devs. should allow mods in their games?
