Where do you buy your BDs? - Blu-ray Forum

Personally I have gotten alot from ebay. Have also gotten them from Futureshop and Walmart.

I have grown to dislike Futureshop and Walmart lately as I find that many of the movies on the shelf even though they are new and sealed looked a little banged up with nicks scratches on cases etc. I like my movies to be 100% so I think I'm gonna buy from Amazon as their titles always arrive in top condition as them aren't "thumbed through" on the shelf for months before people buy them.

wherever i can get the best deal. used on forums has been where about 50% of my discs have come from

Its a toss up between amazon and buy.com. I find that w/ buy.com, I get my BDs in three days & thats with free shipping. & circuit city if i wanna watch it that day.

For some reason, i hate buying movies from walmart; no matter the price

I often order from Amazon.com. Though I did have one incident with a Blu-ray that I ordered from Amazon.ca since that one was on sale and cheaper than the one on Amazon.com...

Anyway, the Blu-ray case was severed. No, I'm not joking.

I started out at BB and Walmart. However just like a previous poster, I've found that I am getting more and more thru Amazon and Buy.com. Unless its a movie that I have to have on day one I would prefer to go to BB over Wal Mart. Like someone else posted most of the movies at Walmart come in cases that look like Bigfoot used it for a toothpick.

I also buy my BD's from wherever I can get the best deal. I'm all about getting more for my money, especially since I'm on a budget. I'm not rich just yet.

Most of the time it's eBay. Sometimes it's Amazon. Every now and then, it'll be an online store that sells imports. Example: had to get Infernal Affairs from DDDHouse.com, and I just ordered Running Scared on HD DVD from Xploited Cinema.
