Default Space Ace

I enjoyed reading the review for this, my favorite laser-disc arcade game.
I expect my copy of "Space Ace" directly from Digital Leisure shortly around April 8 (street date).
About "Dragon's Lair" in the original aspect ratio of 1:33:1......I recently talked with Digital Leisure, and the one guy in Tech Support did tell me a few weeks ago that if you have a copy of "Dragon's Lair" on BD (that does not have the 1:33:1 OAR), you can send it back to Digital Leisure (no receipt required) and they WILL send you a revised version of "Dragon's Lair" BD with 1) the original 1:33:1 OAR and 2) the option to play with 5 lives as well as with unlimited lives.

I played Sapce Ace on the Amiga. Is the Laser disc the same or longer? I remember the game to be very short (maybe 10 minutes) but it seemed an eternity having to do the same stage 100 times before getting the good timing!

The laserdisc is longer, as the Amiga even had it's limits despite it's impressive power for it's time (the good ol' 80s).
The length of this game truly varies: Cadet is the shortest, Captain is somewhat longer, and Ace is the longest and sports every single scene in the game, including the "mirror-imaged scenes".

I remember getting this game for the SNES. I also remember not being able to pass the first 8 minutes. It was hard. Anyways it looks cool but I never seen the movie, Is it really good or okay?

The blu-ray versions should've had an option that let you see the correct button big and bold on the screen before you had to press it. I'm thinking along the lines of reactions in Resident Evil 4.

I'm not expecting much gameplay from Space Ace, but it'll have a watch feature, which is what I care about. The artwork and action sequences are nice.
