Pretty good review at cdrlabs and much faster than I thought they were (25 gig in 22 minutes). I've been looking to get one for work but would prefer an external drive. If I can't find one, this seems like a good one to get. Thanks for the link.

Actually if you check under the specs on the website linked above, it supports BD-DL at 4x.

It will burn anything. And play everything. I own one and it's killer. BD-R SL and DL at 6x. BD-RE SL and DL at 2X. DVD+-SL and DL at 4 to 16x. CD-Rs at 40x. And it comes with the latest Cyberlink Programs. Run, don't walk to buy this baby. It even comes with a free BD-RE disc. Oh, in case anybody's interested, it will read HD-DVDs at 3x.

I'm really surprised how quickly this drive has fallen in price. I have a feeling that LG is clearing them out as there really isn't much of a need for HD DVD support anymore.
