NAT type 3 to NAT type 2?? HELP! - Blu-ray Forum

Is this possible??? Changing you NAT type?? Every game so far i've played online has worked fine, but GT5 isnt working for me!! Its very annoying at this stage. I'm assuming its the NAT type? I believe that some games require this NAT type? I also cant video chat with my PS3 because of my NAT type.

The easiest way to get NAT2 is to put the PS3 in your routers DMZ. Google your router and use thier instructions. NOTE: This exposes your PS3 to the internet with no firewalls. So use at your own discretion.

ok, this is driving me mad!!! what can i possibly be doing wrong!!! And how do i put a screen shot in to my post?? just so i can show you guys my router interface and what im actually doing... (its a european interface - slightly different to the US one) I even just called the US Netopia tech support as the European office is closed - I'm never by my laptop when they are open!!!

Well to answer your question on why you cannot post a image here, first you may wish to upload your image to a online server or a picture hosting site.

Then you would type

Code:

[ img ]http://www.linkytowhereyourpicisat.com/folderwheremypictureifapplicable/mypicutre.jpg[ /img ]

and boom there it would be.

Note remove spacing next to img to finish transaction, prolonged use to spaces before and after img may cause brain dysfunction such as death.
