menu font size got bigger for added users, but not for original user???

I have always thought that the menu font size on the Playsation3
cannot be changed.... they are small, but I've learned to live with it.

This past weekend, I let a friend borrow one of my Playstation3s.
When she returned it to me last night, I noticed the menu font
size got bigger.... I estimate it to be about 30 to 40 percent bigger.
Very noticeble, because my sitting area is 18 feet away from the
screen...

At first I thought it was my eys, or maybe she played with the
display settings.... So, I logged by as the original user, then all
of a sudden the fonts became the normal small size again...

When I logged in with either user name, the display setting are
identical. The TV shows that it's getting 1080/60p signal in both
cases.

Any ideas as to why this happened?
