I would say that any of the games they shouldn't make into movies, but the novels would make great movies. Fall of Reach or First Strike are my picks.

Halo 3 Movie? No. Halo 3 Movie on BD? Definately no! Besides, like MS would allow it to be released on BD format. Imagine. The 360 not being able to play it but the PS3 can. HAHAHA no.
Now a MGS movie would be excellent

no video game works well on a movie format.

silent hill has had the most potential i think for being an excellent horror/thriller. but they ruined that just like every other video game to movie adaptation
