Anyone familliar with BenVista?

Any of you into photography, image work, and stuff like that?

My sister is pretty heavy into all of that and downloaded the trial version of their Photo Zoom 2 Pro. It's excellent.

She liked it well enough that she sent payment to unlock the full version.

This was on last Thursday and as of today, right now, we have yet to even see an acknowledgement email or anything else.

They certainly had no problems charging her credit card in a hurry, though.

I don't think they're a scam or illegitimate, but we're going to give them until Thursday or Friday and then I guess my sister better call the credit card company and get that process started.

Has anyone ever done business with them? Is this typical of them or should we be concerned?

ADD: Resolved. They had a server crash and were unable to send or receive communications. All fixed now.
