I have a panny 42 inch plasma tv it only goes as high as 1080i. I will be viewing it around 10 to 12 feet away.
My question is Is it worth it fo me to get a blu ray dvd player? I think i read that it will scale it down to 720P. Will it look good all these facts considerd ? |

Definitely recommends the blu-ray upgrade. You would get a better picture quality in both 720p and 1080i modes. You may choose a mode best for you after testing. This could depend on the content. Also, the upgrade may stop you collecting any further SD-DVDs which is history now. |
