It converts IR remote signals to BT for COMPLETE PS3 control via your universal remote. They have even worked with Harmony to add this to the harmony database. Every stock PS3 BT remote command is supported by this device.

I've ordered mine. If this works as well as claimed, then the circle is complete and my Harmony One will truly be in harmony with all my media devices

i believe it has limited control, but enough to control blu ray movies

It should control every button the PS3 sony remote provides.

I managed to grab one of the pre-orders. They keep selling out...
