Not a bad price! Something to consider for the bedroom.

I would have picked one up for that price as well. I opted for another PS3 because people here posted an unpassable deal on a 60GB model. I will pick up a standalone sometime down the road.

Not to be nitpicky. I just thought it was funny where you put your "a"'s.

But the 2 ps3's is cool. I want me another, but I'm too poor for that. I'm saving for games and blu-rays.

there is a local discount store here in san diego that sells overstock costco stuff. They have I guess once a year 25% coupon on one item and it doesn't have exceptions. I saw a sony 301 bluray player for 304 minus the discount take another 75 off not bad for a stand alone.
But like the few of you here I bought another PS3, 80gig refurb from gamestop came out to under 500 with tax and a warranty.

I was typing fast. When it posted and I re-read it I realized, but didn't feel like editing, figured people could figue it out.

And multiple BD/ps3's is only needed when you have multiple HD tv's.

I was in my local BB yesterday and picked up the Sony BDP-S300 for $330. I really wanted the Panasonic model, but they were sold out. So, now I've got a 60GB PS3 and a stand-alone Blu-Ray player (and it's really nice too!)

My player is the first one that was out...Samsung BDP-1000. It was an open floor model and only $185. Best part is that I've had it for 2+ months and I haven't had ONE SINGLE problem with it. It's great luck and and a great buy from Best Buy. Congratulations on the 2nd player...
