Prestige Problem

I just got The Prestige as one of my five free movies. When it starts it does not give me the regular menu option screen, but a screen that says "your movie will be starting shortly." It then starts with regular DD audio. When I use the menu button on my remote to display the audio options it shows the PCM option as noted on the back of the case, but will not let me access it. This is the only movie that has ever done this and I have watched over 100 Blu-rays at this point. Any suggestions??

my copy doesn't do this......strange.
maybe its the disc...not sure.
if you played 100 bd's and this is the only one that does that,its not your player.i wonder if sony will send you another copy?

i had few different Prestige Blurays at different times, i watched them and never had that problem, did you try different movies? maybe you should contact Sony for replacement ,
