Default Iron Man Early Reviews In

For anyone interested, here are some early reviews from advanced screenings of Iron Man. I read through them and I must admit the movie looks extremely promising. I will warn you that there are some spoiler reviews, but I skipped those.

Looks like this one could be a winner, good to see Robert Downey Jr. fit this role so well.

Aw sad to hear about the Hulk sucking still. Doesn't surprise me about the Dark Knight and Get Smart and Tropic Thunder seem to be getting good responses as is Hancock.

This year will be a nice year for movies I think. I can't wait to see Iron Man and Dark Knight. I am actually excited for Get Smart as well, I loved that show when I was a little kid.

Of course, Tony Stark right? He's supposed to be an alcoholic.

The last GREAT one was Spiderman 2. But The Punisher, Ghost Rider and Spiderman 3 were not too awfully bad.

Another official review (claimed to be the first OFFICIAL one, not bad...)

At the same time, where the fans would’ve offered to buff Batman’s codpiece or wash Wolverine’s back-hair, they probably won’t be jumping to hose down Tony Stark’s metal sweatshirt.....

“Iron Man” doesn’t do much wrong – it’s got some great action sequences, some amazing special effects, is pretty loyal to the comic, and most of all, features an insanely terrific performance by Robert Downey Jr....

These Marvel Heros Films sure saved Marvel's ass, as they were bankrupt before x-men hit , its great to see these films being, for the most part, quality entertainment. As an avid comic collector I grew up with these guys and its just unbelievable some of the films that are coming up, the only marvel movie that was weak I believe was the first and second punishers. I thought Daredevil and the first Hulk were Ok, I just want to see THOR!!!!

Actually, I forgot how good the X-Men movies were, especially X-Men 2, and as bad as the Fantastic Four movies were, I think Silver Surfer saved the second one.

As for future comic book adaptions, I'd like to see a Prince Namor movie or maybe even Ms. Marvel (though I suspect they'd mess it up)

I'm not a comic book buff but I know a couple...

Didn't Ms. Marvel get killed or put into a coma by Rogue?

If so, then that would be a great surprise ending to the movie if it stayed canon.
