Default Multi Region Blu-ray?

According to movietyme they have multi region UK Blu-ray players. Not that it really matters any more as very few studios are coding anything.

But certainly if your a criterion fan and living outside the US this is good news.

US & Canadians can order the Momitsu BDP-899 which is $350 US. Converts PAL to NTSC and is BD 2.0 compliant.

Albeit, probably due to BD spec requirements, region changing is done via remote codes. But you'll able to play and upconvert any DVD from any country along with playing all features on a BD from any country.
