Those who updated the DSP on their Onkyo..

I know where to get the firmware, my questions are..

What did you use to burn it with (XP, Vista, Nero, ECT)?

What kind of disc (CD:r, CD:rw, ect)?

What did you use to get it into the Onkyo (DVD player, Blu-Ray player, CD Player, ect), and how did you have to hook up said device to do so (certain cable types, ports, ect).

Ive been putting off updating mine for quite a while. Im not sure if I want to do it myself, or have Onkyo do it for me. I dont have a CD player laying around that I can hook into it so Im hoping other Disc playing mediums will work.

Im curious as to how fragile this is to do, and what all Id need to do it.
