Hey guys,
I really need help finding a clear case that can hold 3 Blu-Rays Trilogy of The Evil Dead I own. You know those protective covers at Best Buys and Walmarts. But those covers usually hold 1 blu-ray. I need a clear cover that can hold 3 Blu-Rays. Why? Because Bruce Campbell is coming to my town in few weeks and I want him to sign that box with my trilogy in it for an awesome display for my home theater. Please guys help me find one! Thanks! |

Thanks dixonhill, but those are the cases used when u have a Burned DVDs/Blu-Rays, or if u lost ur original cover. That's not what I'm looking for. I have the original 3 blu-rays with their original covers and I want them to be inside a clear box which will be signed by the actor for my collection. |

Ah, I've seen similar things on bootleg anime DVD releases--though I'm guessing that the "company" makes them themselves for their "releases". And I don't know if I've ever seen one fit 3 DVDs... let alone blu-rays.
But to be honest, the entire idea seems pretty tacky to me. One of those that sounds good initially (ooo, a make-shift boxset!) but in actuality I don't think it's going to look presentable. You'd be better off going full-out with a custom boxset (Paul Champagne does really nice ones http://www.designpaulchampagne.com/anime.html ), but that is both quite pricey AND would never be ready in time as it is a months-long process. But if you're sold on investigating the plastic thing, do some in-depth internet searches with the keywords "slipcase" and "plastic" and "blu-ray" and see if you can pull up anything viable. I did a brief one and didn't see anything promising on the first few pages, but it strikes as the sort of search that one would have to go pages deep to find anything (if anything is to be found). |
