Denon 3808 and sharp BD-HP20u help

I have been going nuts over the last few months hooking these to up they say it
will not decode DTS tru-hd but will decode Dolby Tru-HD. with that said how do I hook up these two units for best performance, the Denon should decode these formates on its own so how should I do the hook-up. And the sharp what shold the setting be I am using HDMI and I can get the logo to come out on one or the other. One guy said that if you are showing multi ch in on the display that that is Dolby Tru-HD. Pls help me .
