Default color space,rgb,442,444

Someone help me with this color space thats on blu-ray players that I knew nothing about untill a few weeks ago,what is its purpose,I guess I dont understand why you should select a certain one as your output. Ive tried it & cant tell a difference in either one. thanks

I heard that the best way to determine which color space is right for your TV is to use this.

On my Samsung PS50C6500 RGB is the most accurate one.

Bluray disc is native YCbCr 4:2:0
