The Punisher - Different Artwork Design? - Blu-ray Forum

I know this had to have been asked or mentioned before, but I sure cant find anything from searching...

Why does The Punisher have 2 different artwork designs?
Is one of them newer or better?

With silver at top and bottom:

I believe they are the same. Just Lionsgate changing their marketing and getting rid of the ridiculous silver.

no they just added the silver. The original was without it. the movies are the same though.

Ok thanks guys, thats what I assumed since I couldnt find any info about it.
I also dont like the silver as much jrchisholm.
I have both designs and couldnt decide which to get rid of, probably the silver though.
