Free movies delayed

I received a postcard last month that my 5 free movies are delayed till 2/12 (sent in coupon back in Oct) and today I received another postcard that they are further delayed with no ETA. Anyone else getting this?

odd... i sent in my rebate beginning of january, just got my movies a couple of days ago.

picked omen, swat, wild hogs, swordfish, american psycho...

(what can i say, i already owned all the others i actually wanted...)

He might be talking about the summer offer which i got the 2/12 delay card but havent recieved anything other than that

Well, Just a quick update. I finally got my package today. They have to swap out The Italian Job (they say it's no longer available and it looks like Amazon show it's out too) and gave me Into the Blue instead. Not what I had in mind but at least it's finally here.

You can't check the fall/winter offer online--gotta call them. But mrpoker1985 has it right for checking the summer rebate.

Same here, except I got mine today. It's a good day when movies show up.

I sent in my paperwork in January. At this rate I probably won't see my 5 free BDs until NEXT January - ugh!

Received my postcard last week and states ETA March 19 or something like that, I sent mine in december 4th or around that time.

Same here! I wasn't in any hurry to get them, either way. It's not like these were gotta-have movies (for me).

I just got the stupid card from the summer offer saying they are going to be further delayed and thier supplier was unable to tell them the anticipated date for additional stock.

So...I called and asked them (after 10 min holding for someone) what the hell the deal was and to my surprise, he said they were instock and ready to ship. Maybe a lie to calm me down but im going to give them a week and then call back. He said he was gonna make a note to see why they were taking so long but atleast he was trying to help

Im so close to buying the two that i want on the offer and then just trading them once they get here If they ever do.

This latest post-card is only relevant to the "Summer" blu-ray offer.

Prior to this card, I received the card stating my order was delayed until 2/11/08. I called on 2/15/08for the first time since I sent in my rebate paperwork back on 10/30/08 to ask why they would send out a card to keep me informed and then blow through that amended date, AND THEN NOT inform me of another delay.

Of course I got the run around, some sorry's, some we're trying our best to fullfill your order with your exact requests.

Then I pinned the CSR down to make sure I understood him correctly. They were delaying my order because not only could they not substitute for my picks (which I have informed this forum before that they could not substitute) but they were trying to fullfill my order with those other studio movies that were coming back to the blu camp.

With that knowledge in hand, I said thank you and said I will continue to patiently wait for my complete order as requested because I want every movie that I picked regardless if they were Paramount or not.

Damn. When I bought my PS3 in Nov. I sent the form in the day after and got my movies within a month.

Hello all,

I received the same blu-ray card as well with No NO ETA on the disks. This is sounding more and more like false-advertisement. What the heck is going on Blu-ray. Promises are not being kept. I had mine postmarked Oct. 31 2007. If anyone has any news please let me know.
